✨__ Commission Process: __✨🌸 After receiving the payment and gathering references, I will proceed to start the commission once a time slot is open. I will notify you of when this is likely to be and when I have started work on your commission. You may specify poses, lighting, atmosphere or any other requests at this point. If you have no preference for a pose I will choose one which I believe will suit the character.🌸 After the initial sketch is completed I will show it to you - revisions can be made at this point (up to 3 minor revisions). You may be consulted before the sketch is finished for character posing preferences and similar.🌸 Flat colours will be the next phase, and a general overall palette for the piece will be shown to ensure the client approves of the colour scheme for the final piece. Lighting choices will be finalised.🌸 The final phase is the rendering phase, which will take the longest. You may be consulted during this phase to check you are happy with the direction of the rendering. After this phase your commission will be complete!🌸 Please feel free to ask for progress updates at any point in the process.🌸 You will receive a full-resolution (typically 1668x2388px size) image in the format of your choice including my artists' signature through email or Google Drive. Any extraneous material I have created and provided during the process (screenshots, sketches, general WIPs) are also yours to keep (provided you stick to my TOS with their use).✨**__ Terms of Service: __ ✨🌳 Will draw: 🌳

❌ Extreme musculature
❌ Hate speech or hateful themes
❌ Anything that makes me uncomfortable✨__ By commissioning me you acknowledge and accept the following: **__ ✨🌸 I have the right to use the completed artwork in my portfolio, website, socials, and for other advertising purposes or for general marketing.
🌸 You have the right to repost the commission I have completed for you on any social media platforms, but you must always include credit.
🌸 You may use the work for personal use only (e.g. printing it out and sticking it on your wall, a tattoo on your own person, are all acceptable use cases), unless the commercial fee has been paid during the order. In the case of a gift, please ensure the recipient would understand and agree to these terms (again, unless the commercial fee has been paid).
🌸 You will not attempt to sell or profit from my work, unless the commercial fee has been paid during the order.
🌸 You agree not to sell or mint NFTs of my work.
🌸 You agree not to feed my work into any AI engines and to not create work using AI engines based on my work.🌸 The final decision as to whether a character design or background is simple or complex in design ultimately lies with me.🌸 If you have commissioned me to draw your original character design, I will not sell prints or other merchandise using that work. For fanart, I reserve the right to sell prints and merchandise using such work.🌸 I reserve the right to turn down any commissions for any reason (usually because I am uncomfortable with the subject or do not feel I can complete the commission to a suitable quality).🌸 No refunds will be offered once work has started on the commission.

☔ Simple backgrounds: a plain colour, shadow, gradient, or simple pattern/motif (may be a pattern based off the existing sketch or character art I have created).
☔ Complex background: a painted scene or complex pattern.🌙 If you are in any doubt as to whether your ideal background would count as "simple" or "complex" in design, please feel free to discuss this with me via emails or DMs (Twitter/Ko-fi).
